It was a perfect summer day in Casper, Wyoming, as Brooke and Nick said their vows at the charming Casper Wedding Chapel. The ceremony began at 5 PM, surrounded by their closest family and friends. The love and joy shared by everyone in attendance were palpable, making it a truly unforgettable event.

Getting Ready

Both Brooke and Nick prepared for their big day at the Casper Wedding Chapel, which offers separate rooms for the bride and groom. The excitement was in the air as they got ready, with Brooke's radiant smile lighting up the room and Nick's calm demeanor providing a reassuring presence. I had the pleasure of capturing these special moments as they prepared to embark on their new journey together.

The Ceremony

At 5 PM, the ceremony commenced. Brooke and Nick chose to incorporate a unique touch by sharing private vows without looking at each other, standing at opposite corners of the chapel. It was a tender and intimate moment, filled with heartfelt words and emotions. Their beloved dog played the role of ring bearer, adding a sweet and personal touch to the ceremony.

Family and Group Photos

After the ceremony, we took family photos. Nick posed with his family, including his parents Nick and Jana Hopkins, and sister Tiffany Hopkins along with her husband Adam and their four children: Rhett, Jackson, Jace, and Jordyn. Brooke's family photos included her parents, Robyn and Shawn Meyer, her maternal aunts and uncles Todd and Tammy, Tina and Larry, her cousins Makayla, Alan, Kelsey and Erik, her maternal grandma Joy, her paternal aunt and uncle Tim and Karen, cousins Phineas, Miriam, Silas, and her paternal grandparents Bob and Jeanne. I mean, what is a great ceremony without your people?

The Reception

The celebration continued at the reception! With approximately 155 guests in attendance, the evening was filled with laughter, dancing, and delicious food catered by HQ BBQ. The DJ from Full Range Productions kept the dance floor lively, and Brooke and Nick shared their first dance as husband and wife, a moment of pure joy and love.

Special Moments

There were many special moments throughout the evening, including the gorgeous cupcakes, provided by Frosted Tops, and the mother/son and father/daughter dances, which brought tears to many eyes. Brooke’s maids of honor, Tiffany and Lauren, and Nick’s best men, Trey and Demetrios, gave heartfelt toasts that celebrated the couple's journey and love for each other.

Unique Touches

One of the highlights was the photo booth set up on the patio outside the reception hall, where guests could capture fun and candid moments. The beautiful backdrop of the chapel's flower garden, tended by a neighbor, provided stunning photo opportunities that perfectly complemented the day's festivities.
